How are companies selected?
Companies apply and go through DSE's published vetting process. See the Vetting page for the stages. Vetting assesses eligibility against disclosed criteria; it does not guarantee business performance.
What is the DSE blockchain?

How does the listing process work?
A company applies, passes identity, founder, business, financial, technology and risk review, and receives a final decision. Approved companies are listed under the applicable listing framework.
How do distributions/dividends work?

Are dividends guaranteed?
No. Dividends are not guaranteed and depend on applicable company performance, available distributable amounts, governing agreements and applicable law.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose all of the amount you put in. DSE makes no promise of appreciation, income or liquidity.
Which countries are restricted?

How do I participate?
Participation is not yet open. Join the waitlist. When available, you will connect a wallet, complete any required eligibility checks, review terms and risks, and confirm the transaction.

How do I verify an official DSE account?
Only use links on the Official Links page. DSE will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
How do I report a scam?
